Creative Operations Assistant

GrowthAssistant is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Creative Operations Assistant to support our marketing and creative teams. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping projects running smoothly, making sure ads are set up correctly, tasks are assigned on time, and client standards are met. What You’ll Do
Ad Loading & Trafficking (40%) – Set up and load ads into Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and our internal platforms (Jungle, Dashboard).
Creative Scheduling & Task Assignment (30%) – Manage creative schedules, organize client edit requests, and assign tasks across designers and copywriters using Teamwork Dashboard.
Quality Assurance & Creative Review (15%) – Double-check deliverables before they’re shared with account managers to make sure client edits are correctly applied.
Operational & Administrative Support (15%) – Track deliverables, streamline workflows, and support creative leaders so they can focus on strategy.
Work closely with project managers, account managers, and the creative team to keep projects on track.
Jump in during busy seasons (like Black Friday) to help keep everything moving smoothly while maintaining high-quality output.
What We’re Looking For
1–2+ years of experience in administrative support, account management, or project coordination (agency or creative ops experience is a plus).
Strong attention to detail and ability to QA deliverables.
Comfortable with project management tools (Teamwork, Asana, Trello, or similar).
Excellent time management and multitasking skills — able to handle 20–25 tasks per week.
Strong communication and collaboration skills; not afraid to follow up, clarify, or push back when needed.
Quick learner who’s adaptable to new tools and workflows (training will be provided).
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or ad trafficking workflows.
Experience in creative review processes in marketing/agency settings.
Basic copywriting skills.
Comfort with AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) for workflow efficiency.
Experience working with remote/distributed teams.
